The resort has spacious rooms with plenty of storage, and the pool area is a real highlight for families. However, it does suffer from some wear and tear, with dated carpets and poor lighting in the hallways. Dining options could use improvement, and the restaurant prices are on the higher side, which can be a downside.
I had high hopes for my stay here, especially since I was looking forward to the kids' pool, which took ages to confirm was open, but I was really disappointed overall. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the condition of the place left a lot to be desired, with areas that felt neglected and worn down. Despite the appealing setup for kids, the pool area had a strong chemical smell, and the amenities seemed lackluster. Overall, the value for money was questionable, even with a sale price.
I had high expectations for this resort, but it fell short in many areas. The kids' pool was a big draw for us, but the chlorine smell was overwhelming, and the facility seemed very worn and in need of repair. While the staff was attentive and tried their best, the overall state of the resort made our stay disappointing and not worth the price we paid.
I had a pleasant stay at the resort, which offers a great indoor pool that my kids loved, and the adult sauna was a nice touch for winter relaxation. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues in our room, particularly with the carpets and dust buildup. Overall, it's a decent place for families looking to escape, but the management needs to address the maintenance and Wi-Fi shortcomings.
